He has been freelancing since 2004, providing professional services in Lighting Design, Production Management, Project Consultancy and Theatre Arts Training.
Jonathan asked Grey Swan to create a new web presence for him, with an emphasis on
Presenting a large number of images of his work in a striking way
Making sure that the text displayed was understated but clear for the viewer
The site is HTTPS and SEO ready
We collaborated closely with Jonathan to provide a website that displayed his body of work in an effortless and visually arresting way.
Jonathan also runs SamProjects, which provides Production Services and Technical Solutions to any type of event – no matter the scale – throughout the UK. Established in 2004, they have helped an extensive list of clients realise their big event, providing a simple kit hire or a full project solution on all fronts – and everything in between.
The remit for this project was to design a brand new website presence for the company, as the current site was outdated. Specifically requested were
A distinctive but easy-to-navigate design
An easy-to-update design when new examples of the work need to be added in the future
A balanced design in terms of the ratio of images to text
We designed and delivered a new website that displayed the company’s impressive roster of services and event solutions in an eye-catching and informative way.
Struggling to find a web creation service that could cater for my exact needs, I was grateful to be recommended Grey Swan. Where others had failed to find a solution, Tim and Julia of Grey Swan were quick to hit on a great way to give me two sites under one umbrella, which perfectly fitted my online needs. Creative, flexible and very good to collaborate with, I was very grateful to be in Grey Swan’s hands for my web building this year.
