Theatre Production: Case Study

An award-winning autobiographical solo musical, SEVEN and a half YEARS tells a unique true story of the period in musician/composer Mark Glentworth’s life from 2010-2017 through original music and songs.

We marketed the musical with posts, visual projects, promos and trailers across the client’s social media platforms between June and August 2022 as the show toured from London to the 75th Edinburgh Festival Fringe and then throughout its national tour to venues and festivals from January to December 2023.

Off-West End Theatre: Case Study

Our longstanding client, the award-winning Off-West End venue the Jack Studio Theatre, engaged Grey Swan at the end of 2020 to be its media partner and oversee all content on its social media channels as it returned to operation following the pandemic.

We created visuals and adverts to promote the theatre productions – both Jack Studio in-house shows and visiting companies – workshops and film screenings at the venue throughout this time and until August 2022.

The theatre then went on to become the Winner of Social Media Presence and Activities in the Off West End Awards 2023.

Travel & Tourism: Case Study

Broadmeadows House is a beautiful Georgian mansion in the Scottish Borders that offers luxurious self-catering accommodation. The owners engaged Grey Swan to reinvigorate their social media presence so we created visuals and posts to promote the various stylish apartments and their amenities in addition to the stunning local area.

Our clients saw a marked increase in engagement on both their X/Twitter and Facebook platforms which, in turn, led to an increase in bookings.
